The Country Brook Common Areas are for the exclusive use of Country Brook Homeowner’s and their guests. The three-acre West Common Area is located via a walkway located between 1294 & 1300 Longford Circle. This Common Area is primarily a mowed grass area with some peripheral landscaping.
Our seven-acre East Common Area is located via the grassy slope between 1368 & 1372 Longford Circle. Please note that only the middle 20 feet of this accessway is owned by CBHA. This larger Common Area is primarily wetlands through which Poplar Creek runs. Please use caution; this area is primitive and undeveloped and could be potentially hazardous. Use it at your own risk.
