The CBHA covers all of the 121 homes in the Country Brook Sub-division located south of Bode Road and east of Poplar Creek Drive. All the properties within the CBHA are contractually obligated to pay Annual dues via deed restrictions that existed on these properties prior to the construction of our homes. Just like property taxes, these dues must be paid, and they do not require any specific written agreement with the current owner of the home. They are a pre-existing obligation between the property and the CBHA. The disclosure of this obligation should have been made to you by your Attorney or Mortgage Company at the time you purchased the home.
